How to Return Your Hardware

Step 1 — Find a UPS Store Near You
The first step in these hardware return instructions is locating your nearest UPS Store. UPS Stores are available nationwide and offer full packing and shipping services — you do not need to bring your own box, tape, or packing materials. UPS Stores are typically open Monday through Saturday and many locations offer Sunday hours as well. No appointment is necessary — walk-ins are welcome.
Step 2 — Bring Your Item to the Store
Once you have located your nearest UPS Store, bring the hardware item to the store and let the associate know you need it packed and shipped. You do not need to bring your own packaging — UPS Store employees are professionally trained to pack electronics and equipment securely to prevent damage during transit.
When you arrive, simply tell the associate you need to ship a piece of equipment and provide them with the destination address below. They will select the appropriate box size, add protective padding, seal the package, and generate a shipping label on your behalf.

Step 3 — Submit Your Receipt for Reimbursement
After your item has been shipped, the UPS Store will provide you with a printed receipt showing the tracking number and shipping cost. Email a copy of this receipt to your company contact as soon as possible to initiate reimbursement. Your company will process the reimbursement according to their standard expense procedures.
We also recommend keeping a personal copy of your receipt and noting your tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress. You can track your shipment at any time using the UPS tracking tool.
What to Expect After Shipping
Once your hardware return has been shipped, eMDTec will receive and inspect the item upon delivery. Standard UPS ground shipping typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location. If there are any issues with the shipment or the item’s condition, an eMDTec team member will reach out directly to your company contact.
You do not need to follow up with eMDTec after shipping unless you have been specifically asked to do so. Simply retain your receipt and tracking number for your records.
